We can make it happen. Here’s how it works.

You pick the model, size, and firmness, and in addition you can send us an inspiration picture and an additional short verbal description as to what you’d like the toy to feature (such as “yellow drip,” “Rainbow colors,” “luminous” or “vampire style” ).

It would be great if you could specify the main colors you want for this custom toy from the following options: white, black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, grey, gold, and silver. (Just a friendly tip: Try to list no more than four colors. Too many colors can be harder to match and might make the toy look a bit chaotic.)

The inspiration image can be a flower, an animal, a landscape, a character, or even an emoji. Anything you find fun, beautiful, or want to turn into a toy can be sent to us.

We will put our creative hats on and create a unique dream toy for you.

SURPRISE CUSTOM TOYS are guided surprise. It based on a theme or a reference image you provide, exact colors are a surprise. Our toy artisans will unleash their creativity based on your descriptions. They'll decide the most proper techniques to make the toy.

Due to the craftsmanship limitations of handmade toys, customs may not turn out exactly as expected. Color distribution is not guaranteed. Some effects you want might conflict with each other, like the luminous effect won’t show on dark-colored toys. And if you want a super sparkly glowing effect and long-lasting glow, the toy might shed a little powder when you rub it hard, but it's still safe to use for most people in most cases. However, there's a tiny risk of infection. Currently, the default option for our toys is a no-shedding glowing effect. When effects can't be done together, the toy maker will decide which ones to prioritize. Please make sure you're okay with this before placing your order.

The toys will be poured and shipped within 15 days after we confirm the order. Please note that SURPRISE CUSTOM orders are not subject to returns or refunds. Shops do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. We do repour them when we feel it is necessary, but at our own discretion. There are no refunds or repours if the color or style is not what you expected. Images for reference only and does not reflect what your finished product will look like.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, small surface variations, imperfections and slight asymmetry may occur. Such variations can also include small pigment freckles and encapsulated bubbles (1-2 mm in size). If there are multiple defects beyond a reasonable range, we will classify the toy as a flawed toy and refund you the discount. But you may rest assured that our quality control is quite strict, and we will not sell toys with serious defects.

We reserve the right to decline any SURPRISE CUSTOM order for any reason. If we don't get your inspiration pics and descriptions within 10 days of your order, we will cancel it.
